Pioneer Day registration
Pioneer Day is held on the second Saturday in September at Arlington Park in Cleveland, Oklahoma. Applications for 2026 are due August 31.
Each vendor space measures 10 feet by 10 feet. Every additional space is charged at the full applicable rate. For example, a regular vendor using two spaces without electricity will pay $20, and a regular vendor using two spaces with electricity will pay $25 — each booth gets only one electrical outlet, so the $5 electrical fee is charged once per booth, not once per space.
The free nonprofit rate applies only to one standard 10-by-10 booth without electricity. Additional spaces are charged at the regular non-electrical rate ($10 per space). Nonprofit or youth organizations requesting electricity are charged for all spaces at the regular rate.
Vendors may arrive as early as 7:00 AM. Unload promptly and move your vehicle away from the vendor area as soon as possible. Roads leading to vendor locations will be blocked at 9:00 AM.
Vendors must fully describe how they plan to operate within their assigned area, including tents, tables, racks, trailers, food trucks, awnings, serving windows, displays, tow vehicles, and any equipment that extends beyond a standard 10-by-10 space.
Any vendor selling food or drinks must be licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health or sell under Oklahoma's Homemade Food Freedom Act. Licensed vendors upload their current health permit. HFFA vendors only need a food handler card or other state-recognized food safety training if they serve time- or temperature-controlled foods such as dairy, perishable fillings, or drinks made by the glass.
Meat, poultry, seafood, and freshwater fish; meat, poultry, or seafood byproducts; unpasteurized milk and milk products; cannabis products; alcohol (except flavor extracts and drinks under 0.5% alcohol); and pet food or treats.
Baked goods, candies, jams and jellies, dry mixes, roasted coffee, most pickled and fermented foods, and similar shelf-stable items. If you serve time- or temperature-controlled foods — dairy, perishable fillings, drinks made by the glass, and similar items — you must upload food safety training recognized by Oklahoma.
Electrical connections are limited. Vendors approved for electricity will receive their location at check-in and should expect access to one outlet. Vendors must bring their own outdoor-rated extension cords and, if needed, an outdoor-rated power strip.
Food truck and food trailer spaces always include electrical access in the $20 per-space fee. Regular vendors may not use generators without prior staff approval.
