Community volunteers needed

Pioneer Day Volunteer Signup

Pioneer Day is Saturday, September 12, 2026. The public event runs 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Arlington Park, and we need extra hands from 7:00 AM through 7:00 PM for setup, vendor support, parade lineup, and cleanup.

Pick the shift that fits your schedule. You can sign up for more than one shift — just submit the form again for each one. There is no volunteer cap; the more help we have, the smoother the day runs.

What volunteers help with

  • Setting up barricades and preparing downtown before the event opens
  • Checking in vendors and helping them find their spots
  • Keeping trash picked up and the event area tidy
  • Helping organize the parade lineup (parade starts at 5:00 PM)
  • Coordinating vendor departure after 5:00 PM — keeping load-out organized (not helping vendors pack up)
